I had one of those days . . . a catch up day . . .  to figure out where I am with things and what needs to be done. It’s one of my rituals, imperative to live the best life.   It allows me determine if I’m holding on to something which interferes with living with love, hope, faith, peace and joy.  Of course, this process usually reveals a list of needs causing worry and stress.

When we hold worry and stress, we often miss living our best.  The question must be asked: Am I in the space of peace or in a space of worry and stress?

Philippians 4:19 is worth repetitively meditating on to form a foundation to believing God will take care of our needs.  It’s a huge leap of trust for most of us. As this truth begins to anchor deep into the soul, worry and stress begin to subside.  As hard as it is to imagine, it’s possible to be at peace when a need must be managed.

Take a breath.  Meditate on God’s promise to take care of your list of needs.  Receive God’s peace.  Become calm.  Be certain God will take care of you. Repeat.
