Sunday Soul Work: Living The Good Life

It’s seldom perfect.  Life that is.

The truth of the matter is . . .

there’s always something wonderful about life with-God

. . . always.

The thing is . . . it requires letting go of what we WANT it to be like . . . to experience the MORE.    And.  Surrender is difficult, especially when everything is HARDER than HARD.

Surrender comes from the decision to trust, which is an essential of living our best every. single. day.

Take a breath . . . surrender all . . . and trust God for more.

Surrender releases the GOOD.  It may not look anything like what you wanted.

In the end, it will be the catalyst to moving into what God has in the “not-yet” of life.

It’s the way things work out with God and what makes life wonderful in the messiness of this world.

To keep the promise of GOOD in the center of your thinking and response to all the stuff, we recommend reading the words of these two scriptures, underlining the soul-deep truth.

Romans 8:28–We are confident that God is able to orchestrate everything to work toward something GOOD and beautiful when we love Him and accept His invitation to live according to His plan (Voice).

James 1:17–Every GOOD gift bestowed, every perfect gift received comes to us from above, courtesy of the Father of lights. He is consistent. He won’t change His mind or play tricks in the shadows (Voice).

These GOD-words belong to those who unite their life with God.

This is truth:

God has GOOD planned for you in every season of life.

Surrender And Control
