Listen . . .
Think On This . . .
Hebrews 11: 1 is a faith statement: We are sure of what we hope and certain of what we don’t see.
Our personal reality is based on our own experience and perspective, which often creates obstacles to see the presence and work of God. We may know God is present but feel disconnected, overwhelmed and unsure of how to navigate through all that comes at us. Too often, we are focused on problems and people with stress and worry, which distorts our ability to see the reality of God. In turn, we lose hope.
There’s a difference between knowing God is present and living in the reality of God’s presence.
Stop. Refocus. Look for the unseen of God.
Hope with a certainty in the reality of God . . . who was the One present in the beginning . . . is present . . . will be present . . . doing more than can ever be anticipated in each and every moment.
